This is a health measurement area where you can examine your current physical condition from all aspects.
Approx. 15 types of health check devices (blood flow/vascular stress, bone mass, brain age, lung age, etc.) allow you to measure at your own pace.
You can use it freely during your stay.
If you are staying on a 3-night, 4-day program, you can experience the health benefits of your stay by using it on the first and last day.

You can measure the following items.

  • Body composition analysis

    Weight, muscle mass, body fat mass, body fat percentage, BMI, body water mass, protein mass, mineral mass, muscle mass by region, body fat mass by region, visceral fat level

    We quantitatively analyze not only body weight and visceral fat, but also water, protein, minerals, and body fat that make up the body, and evaluate the excess or deficiency of human body components.

    Visceral fat (cm), waist circumference (cm)

    Wrap a belt around your abdomen and easily measure your visceral fat area! ! The amount of accumulated visceral fat, which cannot be seen from the outside, and the current status and changes in lifestyle habits can be visualized using visceral fat area.

  • Bone density measurement

    Measures lung age, which cannot be seen visually, for purposes such as smoking cessation guidance. This will lead to health awareness. Continuous measurement of VC (vital capacity) and FVC (forced vital capacity) can be used for COPD awareness and early detection.
