Healthy Bedrock Bath "13 KINDS SAUNA" health promotion bathing program

Here are three bathing methods recommended by sauna/spa health advisors.

Hot and cold alternating bath

Repeat the following two or three times. Alternating hot and cold baths are effective for increasing metabolism.

  • Heat oven (5-10 minutes)

  • Ice cold kiln (5-10 minutes)

Recovers from physical fatigue, relieves stiff shoulders and muscle pain, and improves autonomic nerve imbalance

Low temperature bath

  • Herbal kiln (15-20 minutes)

  • Relaxing hall (20 minutes)

Improves insomnia, relieves fatigue and stress, relieves tension, analgesic effect

High temperature bath

Repeat the following 3 to 4 times. Gradually shorten the bath time.

  • Jade kiln, GCC ore kiln, heat kiln (10-15 minutes)

  • Break
