I came across many people who had a lot of sedentary work and who had a hard time the next day because they used muscles and joints that they don't normally use.
I think it was a good opportunity for exercise.

Monday, March 13, 2023 Regarding changes to measures to prevent new coronavirus infection
Since the obligation to wear masks will be relaxed from March 13th, we have made the following changes to our internal measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.
The main changes will be in how we respond to our customers, and with some exceptions, employees will continue to wear masks, and measures such as temperature checks and alcohol disinfection will continue as before.
Please note that we will flexibly change and respond to countermeasures depending on the future situation.
Change details
-
Wearing a mask is optional for customers, and in principle we will not ask customers to wear a mask.
(However, if the infection spreads, we may ask people to wear masks again.) -
Wearing disposable gloves at the buffet is optional.
(Hands must be disinfected with alcohol beforehand) -
Partitions are required in areas within 1m.
(However, this excludes cases where a small group of people, such as a small family or acquaintances with whom one interacts on a daily basis, the elderly, infants, or persons with disabilities, etc. who are accompanied by a caregiver are present) -
Employee temperature records will not be taken.
(This was necessary to trace the infection route, but as there is no longer any need to trace it, we have deemed it unnecessary.) -
Removed POP encouraging people to wear masks.
When working outdoors with sufficient ventilation or in hot locations such as machine rooms, masks may be removed as long as a distance of 1 meter or more can be maintained from other people. (However, even in that case, please keep a mask with you at all times.)
