At our restaurant "BIG FARM Restaurant", we will take the following measures if a customer with food allergy symptoms uses our restaurant.
Record
1. If you have any food allergies, please let the person in charge know when making your reservation.
At that time, we may ask the person in charge to disclose necessary information, so please cooperate with us.
2. About the meals we provide
- All meals served by our restaurant are prepared in the same kitchen, and we cannot guarantee that allergens will be completely removed.
- It is not possible to completely prevent airborne scattering and trace amounts of contamination.
For the above reasons, please note that we may refuse your request on the day of your visit, and if your symptoms are serious, we may refuse your request in order to prioritize your safety.
3. Allergen information will be provided based on the raw materials used and raw material information (food labeling) from the manufacturing company.
4. At BIG FARM Restaurant, allergenic ingredients (8 items) are displayed using "ingredient pictograms." The two items beef and pork will be displayed on POP.
5. If you wish to bring in your own safe food, it must be in an unopened retort pouch that has been heat-sealed and sterilized under pressure.
We will help you heat your food in the microwave, so please ask at the restaurant reception or hall staff.
