  • Kakeyu (10 cups)

  • Large bathtub/new bathtub (2-3 minutes)

  • Indoor bath/shower (1-2 minutes)

  • Indoor bath/sauna (3-5 minutes)

  • Break (5 minutes)

  • Indoor bath/Jacuzzi (3-5 minutes)

  • Open-air/roof bath (3-5 minutes)

  • Open-air bath/laying bath (5-10 minutes)

Beauty course

Repeat the following two times.

  • Indoor bath/Jacuzzi (5-10 minutes)

  • Open-air/Medicinal stone steam sauna (5-10 minutes)

Back pain/stiff shoulders course

If you have lower back pain, it's a good idea to take alternate baths with hot and lukewarm water, and twist your upper body only to the extent that it doesn't hurt!

How to take hot water

To get your body used to the hot water, start slowly pouring it on the areas farthest from your heart.
Be careful to prevent blood pressure from rising immediately after bathing!
