We provide a variety of services so that everyone from children to the elderly can enjoy the "Great Wellness Resort "ASO KENKO NO MORI"' and ”Aso Genki Forest'' (ASO Farm Land).

    • Check-out and check-in procedures are busy from 9:00 to 10:00 and 16:00 to 17:00, so it may take some time. Thank you for your understanding.

    Wheelchair rental is free. The wheelchair is self-propelled (a type that the user operates by himself).
    We have two reception desks where you can borrow and return items, so please feel free to let us know if you need them.

    • When renting, we ask you to write your name, address, and mobile phone number. Also, the number of seats is limited. Please note.

  • stroller rental

    • Paid

    When renting a stroller, we require a rental fee of 300 yen and a deposit of 700 yen, totaling 1,000 yen.
    The deposit will be refunded when you return the stroller. You can borrow and return items at two reception desks.

  • Lost and forgotten items

    We are accepting deposits of found items found within Aso Farmland.
    We may have to keep your lost or forgotten items.

  • Village zone exclusive tour bus

    A tour bus operates within the Village Zone area.
    When boarding, please tell the driver your room number.

    Runs approximately every 10 to 15 minutes from 6:00 to 10:00, 16:00 (4 p.m.) to 23:00 (11 p.m.)
    • Service may be suspended depending on the situation.

    *Lockers are exclusively for those using each facility. It cannot be used by anyone other than facility users.

  • Drone Flight Prohibited

    The operation and photography of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones, etc.) over this facility are prohibited.

    • Since the majority of our guests come here for relaxation and tranquility, flying unmanned aerial vehicles over the facility can be a disturbance. Therefore, flying drones in the airspace above and around the facility is prohibited.
