What are the check-in and check-out times?

・Check-in (room key handing over) begins at 16:00 (4:00 p.m.).
・Check-out is until 10:00.
However, check-in procedures begin at 9:00 a.m. During the procedure, you will be given the ticket included in your stay plan. You can use each facility until check-in. Large luggage can be stored at the front cloakroom (free of charge).

What time is the final check-in?

It will be 20:00 (8:00 p.m.). If you will be arriving after 19:00 (7pm), please contact the hotel directly.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

You can leave your luggage in the cloakroom located in the front lobby. (free)
