What health facilities are available?

The health facilities available to you differ depending on your accommodation plan. Please see the details of each plan. Additionally, all facilities are available for an additional fee.

How can I use the facilities after I arrive?

Check-in procedures begin at 9:00 a.m. at the accommodation front desk. During the procedure, you will be given the ticket included in your stay plan. You can use each facility until check-in. Large luggage can be stored at the front cloakroom (free of charge).

Are there any age restrictions for the facility?

How will I get to each facility?

You will need to walk to each facility. Please bring comfortable shoes and clothes that are easy to move in.

Do you rent sportswear and shoes for exercise?

There is no rental of clothing, but free rental shoes are available at the Healthy Exercise Hall, Physical Age Measurement Hall, Physical Age Measurement Hall, and (GENKI) Challenge Hall.

Are there locker rooms or changing rooms where I can change my clothes?

There are no dedicated lockers, but if you arrive before check-in time and want to change your clothes, you can use the changing room at Aso Health Volcano Onsen.

Is there a convenience store?

There is a Lawson store about 3 minutes away by car. (Open 24 hours)

Is there a wheelchair-accessible restroom?

Located in the front lobby.
