From what time do you accept accommodation reservations?

Telephone reservations are accepted from 9:00 to 17:00 (5:00 p.m.), and Internet reservations are accepted 24 hours a day.Click here for the reservation page

How many days in advance can I make accommodation reservations, and how many days in advance is the deadline for accepting reservations?

Accommodation reservations are accepted from 6 months in advance.
The deadline for accepting reservations on our website is 16:00 (4:00 p.m.) the day before your stay, and we accept reservations on the day by phone.

What are the payment methods for accommodation fees?

Cash, credit card (one-time payment), and electronic payment (one-time payment) are accepted.

0% up to 8 days before the date of stay, 30% from 7 days before, 50% the day before, 80% on the day of stay, 100% no-show
